I hope you all know how much I love simple recipes. While there is certainly a time and a place to get fancy, most people don’t have the time to learn how to cook complicated things. Rather than relying on takeout and frozen foods, I love sharing recipes that you can make quickly with items you probably already have in your pantry. That onion tart looks amazing, and I love Brussels sprouts, so the more recipes the better! I do love the occasional involved recipe – getting lost in cooking is one of my favorite ways to destress – but for day-to-day cooking I need something simple enough that I can just KNOW it and not have to refer back to a book or ipad. And now that I’m cutting back on meat, these are especially perfect!
