Hello from Boston! (Or more specifically, Spencer, Massachusetts)
I spent all day Thursday exploring the city with my parents.
We walked around the city, toured the Statehouse, and, oh yeah, apparently Boston has a baseball team that everyone loves 
Now I’ve gotta keep this short, because my dad has a mug of coffee waiting for me out here…

Yay you’re in my city!!!! I live about 10 minutes North of Boston. Have a blast!
And heres a secret if you venture off to the North End: Modern Pastry has better/fresher pastries than Mike’s Pastry.Everyone runs right to Mike’s, but every Bostonian knows that Modern is the true winner. Trust me on this.

Jealous! I’m still sad I didn’t get to take a trip up there this summer, but one day I will finally visit the city (and my brother and sister-in-law). I can’t wait for more recaps.

If you get to Harvard Square, go to Mr. Bartley’s for burgers. It’s cash only, share tables with new friends, it’s a classic place.
