Chocolate Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bark
This chocolate peanut butter yogurt bark is an easy, healthy dessert! You can store it in the freezer and grab a piece when you need a sweet treat!
We can all agree that chocolate and peanut butter is the best combination of all time, right? I mean really, it doesn’t get better than salty peanut butter and sweet (or in this case, semi-sweet) chocolate. And this chocolate peanut butter yogurt bark delivers that epic pair in a healthier form.
You can make this with regular yogurt or Greek yogurt. I prefer Greek because it has more protein but it does have just a hint of that sour tang. If you’re not a Greek yogurt fan, try it with a regular variety. Also, I used an unsweetened yogurt so I could add my own sweetener but if you buy a sweetened yogurt, just cut back on the sweetener in the recipe.
This recipe only takes a few minutes to make but I do have a few tips to ensure things go smoothly.
Tips for perfect frozen yogurt bark
- Wrap a small plastic cutting board in plastic wrap, so you can easily spread the bark into an even layer without having to worry about it sticking.
- Use a small cutting board so it’s easy to slide into the freezer.
- Mini chocolate chips work best in this recipe. Large chips might not stick to the bark and can be a bit hard to bite straight from the freezer.
You can make this with any kind of nut butter you like, but I recommend using one that is salted. Almond butter, cashew butter, they’re all fair game! If you do have unsalted nut butter, just sprinkle a pinch of salt on top once you’ve spread out the yogurt mixture.
Also, this recipe works best with a smooth and creamy nut butter. Are you ready to make an addictive treat that is actually good for you? I thought so.

Once your frozen yogurt bark is made, transfer it to an airtight container. It will last in the freezer for at least a week. (It would likely keep much longer but I can’t say that it’s lasted any longer than that in our house!)
I highly recommend the peanut drizzle on top. It does make the pieces a bit messier, but it’s too delicious to pass up!
What a nice, easy treat! I didn’t have chocolate chips on hand so melted some coconut oil, added cocao powder and maple syrup. Heated this all in a saucepan until smooth and then drizzled on top of the bark before freezing. Yum – chocolate and peanut butter can’t be beat!
