My slow cooker hasn’t been getting as much love as it should, so I tapped some of my blogger friends to share their favorite vegetarian slow cooker recipes with me! Turns out, there are tons of delicious vegetarian meals you can make in a crockpot!
The Best Types of Slow Cookers
Most of these recipes are prepared in a traditional 6 or 7 quart oval slow cooker like this Crockpot. Many pressure cookers like the Instant Pot also have a slow cooker function but check your manual to be sure the cooking times are the same. You may need to make adjustments depending on your model.
