What is a Quick Release?

To quick-release the pressure on your Instant Pot, move the knob to “venting” as soon as the cooking process is done to allow steam to escape, then as soon as it’s finished releasing the pressure, remove the lid completely.

Where to Buy Spaghetti Squash

Spaghetti squash is typically sold near the butternut squash and acorn squash. It’s a winter squash so it’s easiest to find in the colder months, but you can typically find it year-round.
