Description
Making spaghetti squash in an Instant Pot is an easy way to prepare this delicious vegetable in just a few minutes! You can use these vegetable noodles in place of pasta in your favorite dishes!

- 1 spaghetti squash (2-3lbs)
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half and use a spoon to scrape out the seeds. Discard the seeds.
- Add the water to the bottom of the Instant Pot then place the steamer basket or trivet at the bottom of the pot.
- Place the cut squash on top of the trivet.
- Lock the lid in place and set on manual pressure cook for 7 minutes
- Once it’s finished cooking, quick-release the pressure. Once the pot is depressurized, remove the lid.
- Let the squash cool slightly, then remove it from the pot using oven mitts.
- Scrape the squash into strands with a fork and serve.
