Description

Making spaghetti squash in an Instant Pot is an easy way to prepare this delicious vegetable in just a few minutes! You can use these vegetable noodles in place of pasta in your favorite dishes!


Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash (2-3lbs)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cut the spaghetti squash in half and use a spoon to scrape out the seeds. Discard the seeds.
  2. Add the water to the bottom of the Instant Pot then place the steamer basket or trivet at the bottom of the pot.
  3. Place the cut squash on top of the trivet.
  4. Lock the lid in place and set on manual pressure cook for 7 minutes
  5. Once it’s finished cooking, quick-release the pressure. Once the pot is depressurized, remove the lid.
  6. Let the squash cool slightly, then remove it from the pot using oven mitts.
  7. Scrape the squash into strands with a fork and serve.
