For the past several months, I’ve been sharing a new 15 minute dinner recipe every Monday! Today I’m switching it up a little and sharing a 15 minute snack recipe that is perfect for holiday parties or football tailgates! It’s still quick and easy… and I wouldn’t blame you if you decided to eat this for dinner.

I don’t know anyone who doesn’t enjoy a plate of nachos and I got the idea for this recipe after I made these chickpea gyros. I found myself with leftover ingredients and decided to put them to good use with a bag of pita chips! This recipe comes together so quickly and it’s easily customizable. If there are certain ingredients you’re missing or you want to skip, I’ll even share some of my favorite substitution ideas!
