Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
These cheesecake stuffed strawberries are a delicious treat! Juicy berries filled with sweet cream cheese and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs make the perfect bite-sized dessert!
When strawberry season comes around, these are one of my favorite treats to make! They’re easy to assemble, and they’re a great option when you need a little something sweet.
Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberry Ingredients
You only need five ingredients:
- Strawberries
- Cream cheese
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla
- Graham crackers
How to Make Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Wash the strawberries and cut off the tops. Use a small spoon to scoop out the inside of each berry.
Combine the cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar, then scoop 1-2 teaspoons of filling into each strawberry.
Dip each strawberry top into the graham cracker crumbs.
How to Prepare In Advance
If you want to prepare these in advance, crumble the graham crackers, cut the strawberries, mix the cheesecake mixture, and stuff each strawberry. Store in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve them. Wait to dip in the graham crackers until just before serving, so the graham crackers don’t get soggy.

probably the only girl in the world that has never had a real cheesecake, never was a fan of the look or the idea of them… yikes I know crazy. but now I do love me some raw cheesecakes, those are quite tasty 🙂 haha
love the idea though of stuffing a strawberry!!
Hahaha I had never had cheesecake until high school! Isn’t that weird?! I just never thought I’d like it!
That is both adorable and delicious-looking! Way simpler than making a real cheesecake. Which isn’t really my favorite dessert anyway–I show up for the fruit topping and graham cracker crust, I could pass on the cheese part of the cheesecake 🙂
I swear I could pretty much anything if it was covered in cream cheese haha I am IN LOVE with that stuff. It’s SO GOOD in oatmeal too! These sound fabulous and like a perfect healthy dessert option to me 🙂
Wow – you are a patient cook to make those! Looks like a fun party dessert.
I love that strawberries, REAL strawberries are the star here!
I’m not a big cheesecake fan but if I had to pick I am a chocolate/caramely chick…I think I’ve had too many fake canned cherry pie filling cheesecakes to appreciate a fruity cheesecake.
Happy Monday!
Looks delicious! Maybe I’ll try to dip the bottom of the strawberries in chocolate. I bet that would taste fabulous!
Oh my gosh that would be amazing!!!!
Yum! These look delicious. I think I will make a bunch of them and keep them in the freezer, then when I am craving a desert, I will pop one in my mouth and, crises averted!
My absolute favorite cheesecake is Adam’s Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple from Cheesecake Factory, but it is so rich I can hardly take more than a few bites in one sitting!
Wow, what an amazing combo! I’m not a huge cheesecake fan, but my boyfriend would love these!
I’ve seen these a few times around the net and have yet to try them!! I think they are adorable though, your recipe sounds great!
How easy is that!! My favorite is the ‘original’ cheesecake although I really would take any flavor. 🙂
