Raspberry Almond Butter Bites
I’m a grazer. I’m a huge fan of snacking all day rather than eating a few big meals. (Or maybe I just love eating and I want to do it all the time? Maybe.) When I come home from work I usually reach for a snack before dinner because otherwise, I’m trying to make dinner as fast as possible… because I’m hungry. Sometimes I just grab whatever I can find but sometimes I decide to class it up a little.
After being out of almond butter for months I finally remembered to pick some up at Trader Joe’s. Of course, they had also had berries on sale and I can’t resist fresh berries… so one thing led to another and snack time ended up being a grown-up version of a peanut butter and jelly. Are you ready for a delicious sweet and salty combination that is easy enough to make for an afternoon snack but adorable enough to serve as an appetizer? Of course, you are.

These raspberry almond butter bites are a quick and easy snack! They make a great appetizer for a party but they’re also a kid-friendly after school snack!
Ingredients
- 12 Almond Nut Thin crackers
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1 tsp honey
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- This the easiest recipe ever! Just spread a little almond butter on top of each cracker.
- Top with a raspberry on each cracker.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sea salt!
This might be my new favorite afternoon snack. It’s the perfect combination of sweet and salty. Plus, the Almond Breeze Nut Thin crackers are gluten free, so this is a good recipe for friends with allergies!
