Cream Cheese Veggie Pizza
This cream cheese veggie pizza is topped with plenty of fresh veggies for an easy, healthy appetizer or snack! It can be served chilled or at room temperature so it’s perfect for a party!
I think I have to give my mom credit for this one. I remember her making a similar recipe for a baby shower and it was so good, I started making it for parties and baby showers. It’s a great make-ahead recipe and it can be served chilled or at room temperature, making it perfect for a gathering!
How to Make Cream Cheese Veggie Pizza
Start by rolling out your crescent dough onto a sheet of parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, then let it cool completely.
While the dough is baking, make the cream cheese mixture by combining cream cheese, Greek yogurt, dill, and garlic powder.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on the cooled dough.
I like to leave an inch on the edges to create a crust, so it’s easier to pick up the slices.
Then top with broccoli, tomatoes, and carrots. You do not need to cook the vegetables. They’re best served chilled so they’re nice and crunchy. You can enjoy this pizza immediately or keep it in the fridge for up to 4 hours.
Substitution Ideas
- If you can’t find crescent roll dough, you can use puff pastry sheets instead. It will be less chewy and more crispy, but it’ll still taste delicious!
- I like to use Greek yogurt cream cheese because it’s higher in protein and lower in fat, buy you can use traditional cream cheese instead.
- The plain Greek yogurt can be substituted with sour cream, if desired.
- Feel free to use any combination of vegetables. You could use diced zucchini, chopped cauliflower, or sliced cucumber.
