IÂ whipped up a batch of these for a dinner party after a fancy brownie recipe failed. (The brownies came out of the oven completely underbaked in the middle! Whoops!) Luckily these 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies saved the day! And best of all, they were a hit at the party!

Can I add oatmeal to this recipe, if so how much for 1 batch of cookies?
I made these tonight (04/03/22)- just shy of 11 years after you originally posted this. They are amazing! I have been looking for a good peanut butter cookie recipe, and it turns out the one that’s the simplest is the best. Thank you!
Looks wonderful. Have been gluten-free for two years. I’m also very careful about using granulated sugar. Wish I could make these using something other than the sugar. Thanks for posting the recipe.
Nice post. I learn something totally new and challenging on blogs I
stumbleupon everyday. It’s always interesting to read content from other writers and use a little
something from other sites.
I am extremely impressed with your writing skills as well as with the layout on your weblog.
Is this a paid theme or did you modify it yourself?
Either way keep up the nice quality writing, it’s rare
to see a great blog like this one nowadays.
These both look delightful!
Can you really make peanut butter cookies with only three ingredients? I love pb cookies and must try this!
