But instead of boiling them, popping them in the air fryer transforms these little dumplings into crispy, bite-sized nuggets that are totally addictive. Ingredients and Substitutions

  • Gnocchi: I prefer using shelf-stable gnocchi but refrigerated or frozen gnocchi should work just fine. I typically buy the Dellalo brand.
  • Olive oil: Oil is essential to help the gnocchi crisp up perfectly. Don’t skimp on this!
  • Seasonings: I used a mix of garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt. Feel free to use an Italian seasoning blend or whatever seasonings you like!
