Yay for California and vineyards! 🙂
I want to hear about the scary run in with the local. Was it in San Francisco? There are some interesting characters in the city…
Hahaha, we stayed at a hotel between Portland and Napa Valley for a night, just to split up the drive, so it was somewhere in Northern CA. We rented a surry bike the next morning and we were riding it down this little winding road. We stopped to take a picture of us on the bike, and this random lady started yelling at us from her porch! I don’t think she liked us being there… although I’m not sure why! It was a little scary so we peddled away pretty quickly!
It sounds like an amazing vacation! I’m glad you two were able to enjoy some time away together! 1- slightly jealous Nicole, I would love to travel more! So sorry the stinky government shutdown got in the way of your park plans.
Love this!!! I am beyond jealous of your vaca. Spent the weekend in Minneapolis which was wonderful but I am wayyyy overdue for a trip out west. Also I perpetually complain of being cold…even in Mexico!
What a cool way to recap! My hubs and I also got back from vacay and didn’t get sick of each other. 😉 In fact, I had to go back to work Friday and he did not. I was missing him and our pooches all day. I didn’t think that was possible after spending 24/7 together for a week.

I went to Minneapolis this summer (that’s where Alex’s family lives) and I loved it! I can’t wait to go back!
Aww! You guys looks so cute! Sounds like a fun vacation.

Cute! Looks like a great trip.
Can’t wait to hear about San Francisco! Sounds like you had a blast on your trip 🙂
Wow, you had me at the amount of miles flown and also driven. It sounds like an absolute blast though!
Such a fun and creative vacation recap! This is my favorite because I can totally identify:
“7- Times I accidentally gave Alex the wrong directions”
😉
Hahaha I’m SO bad at directions! I don’t know how I’m so bad!
