Looking for an easy, delicious appetizer to serve around the holidays? These TRISCUIT crackers topped with goat cheese, jam, and pistachios are tasty and simple!
The holidays might look a little different this year. For us, it’s our first holiday with kids, but we won’t be able to see family from out of town. Our gathering might be smaller, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still have delicious, tasty snacks!
How to Make Goat Cheese and Jam Crackers
This recipe is just as simple as it sounds! Spread goat cheese onto each TRISCUIT cracker. Top with cherry preserves, then sprinkle a pinch of chopped pistachios on top. That’s it!
Substitution Ideas
This recipe is flexible, so if you’re missing an ingredient, here are a few variations to try:
- Use chopped walnuts in place of pistachios. Make sure they’re roasted and salted!
- If you don’t have cherry preserves, try apricot or blackberry preserves.
- Try replacing the goat cheese with cream cheese for a less tangy option.
