Instructions
Note: I think this recipe works best in a food processor, but you can also make it with a hand mixer.
- In a food processor or a large bowl with a hand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the whipped topping, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely combined.
- Transfer the filling to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner cut off.
- Pipe the filling into each strawberry half. Serve immediately.
