For those of you that kept up with LizLivingVegan, you know all about my “vegan experiment”. I went vegan for 6 months, to try to lower my cholesterol. Well, sadly, it didn’t make much of a difference. Thanks to genetics, it’s Dad, not Dairy that really effects my cholesterol. However, I’ve been a vegetarian for years, and some things never change! I decided to start a new blog, since I’m not really “living vegan” anymore, and I didn’t want to confuse people too much 😉
For those of you that just magically wandered to the site, I’m glad you came, and I hope you come back!
I chose this name because I do, indeed, love vegetables.
I’m looking forward to testing, trying, tasting, creating, botching, and attempting new vegetarian recipes. I hope you’ll follow along 🙂
