This high-protein cottage cheese pesto pizza is perfect when you’re craving pizza, but you want something healthy! The secret is blending cottage cheese, spinach, and pesto to create a tasty and nutritious sauce!

- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (I recommend 4% milkfat)
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach
- 3oz fresh mozzarella or 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 flatbread (5″x 10″ size) or my cottage cheese pizza crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Blend the cottage cheese and spinach in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Stir in the pesto and blend until smooth.
- Spread the pesto mixture onto the flatbread and top with mozzarella.
- Place the pizza on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
