Description
This whipped feta is topped with roasted tomatoes for a deliciously simple appetizer. Serve it with a crusty baguette or your favorite pita chips for a tasty snack!

For the whipped feta:
- 8oz block of feta cheese
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used non-fat)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
For the burst tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
Instructions
For the whipped feta:
- In a food processor, add the feta and Greek yogurt.
- Blend until combined.
- While the food processor is running, drizzle in the olive oil.
- Continue to blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a plate and top with red pepper flakes
For the tomatoes:
- In a non-stick skillet, add the olive oil, garlic, and tomatoes and heat over medium heat.
- Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes begin to burst.
- Add the tomatoes on top of the whipped feta
