Sheet Pan Halloumi and Vegetables

You'll need: Halloumi cheese Broccoli Bell Pepper Red Onion Olive Oil Cilantro Cumin Paprika

Slice the halloumi into 1/2" slices

Place peppers broccoli and peppers on one pan and halloumi and onions on a second pan. Bake for 12 minutes then flip and continue baking

Then broil until the halloumi is brown and crispy

To make the sauce, 1. blend the olive oil, cilantro, paprika, and cumin.

Drizzle the halloumi and veggies with sauce.
