These strawberry banana muffins are easy to make, naturally sweetened, and come together quickly! Try these tasty muffins for an easy breakfast or quick snack!

  • 3/4 cup mashed banana (about 2 medium)
  • 5 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed banana, maple syrup, and avocado oil. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Whisk in the almond milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just mixed. Be careful not to overmix the batter.
  5. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
  6. Fill the muffin tins to about ½ inch below the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the muffins to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing them from the muffin pan.
