This creamy, dreamy orange creamsicle smoothie bowl is refreshing and sweet!



For the smoothie

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup Optimum Nutrition vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cashews
  • Zest from orange

Optional toppings

  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced


  1. Add the orange juice, ice, banana, protein powder and cashews to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide into two bowls and top with coconut, granola, and orange slices
