Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor blender and pulse until combined.
  2. If you want to serve this dip warm, microwave for 30 second intervals, until heated.
