This savory granola is salty and crunchy, making it a uniquely delicious snack! It’s perfect on top of salads or dips for a tasty crunch, or eat it by the handful like a trail mix!
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ¼ cup flax seeds
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons fennel seeds
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Spread out mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until starting to brown.
- Allow to cool, then store in an air-tight container at room temperature.

Note: all seeds should be shelled!
