- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons melted butter, cooled
- Non-stick spray, vegetable oil, or butter for cooking
Instructions
- Combine the oats and milk and let sit for 5 minutes to allow the oats to soften slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Whisk the egg, vanilla, and melted butter into the bowl of oats and
