- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, green parts only
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, parsley, dill, green onions, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
