Description

This simple Greek salad, called Maroulosalata, is made with crunchy romaine, salty feta, fresh herbs, and a simple dressing made from olive oil and lemon juice. It’s a classic salad that is delicious, yet easy to make!


Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, thinly sliced (about 56 cups)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, green parts only
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, parsley, dill, green onions, and feta cheese.
