This immunity-boosting smoothie recipe is filled with good-for-you ingredients to help keep you feeling your best during cold and flu season


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
