Description

If you love crispy Brussels sprouts, you have to try these hot honey Brussels sprouts. They’re sweet, spicy, and so easy to make! This is the perfect quick and easy side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 23 teaspoons hot honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the sprouts cut side down in a single layer on a large, heavy baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 30–35 minutes or until browned and crispy on the edges.

  5. Drizzle with hot honey just before serving.
