- 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2–3 teaspoons hot honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
- Arrange the sprouts cut side down in a single layer on a large, heavy baking sheet.
- Roast for 30–35 minutes or until browned and crispy on the edges.
- Drizzle with hot honey just before serving.
