Looking for a sweet and creamy treat that’s also healthy and delicious? Try this frozen cottage cheese bark! Made with creamy cottage cheese, blended with fruit, and topped with granola, this frozen dessert is so tasty!

Units Scale
  • 2/3 cup cottage cheese (I recommend 4% milkfat for the best texture!)
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 2 teaspoons honey or sweetener of choice
  • Toppings (granola, mini chocolate chips, coconut, etc)

  1. Blend the cottage cheese, banana, berries, and sweetener in your blender or food processor.
  2. Spread into a thin even layer on a parchment paper lined cutting board or baking sheet.
  3. Add your favorite toppings. (I used coconut, chocolate chips, and granola!)
  4. Freeze for a few hours until firm.
  5. Break into pieces and enjoy! Store it in the freezer until ready to eat.
