This pesto flatbread recipe is ready in just 15 minutes! It’s perfect for an easy weeknight meal or a quick appetizer to enjoy with friends.


Units Scale
  • 1 flatbread (roughly 5 x 10 inches)
  • 1/4 cup prepared pesto
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Spread the pesto on the flatbread and top with mozzarella cheese and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Place the pizza on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  4. For a crispier crust, bake the flatbread directly on the oven rack. I recommend placing a baking sheet on the rack below, to catch any cheese that may fall off.
