Description

These double chocolate chip cookies are incredibly soft and fudgy, thanks to the addition of pudding mix! These chocolate pudding cookies will have you coming back for seconds.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 4-serving pack of instant chocolate pudding (3.9oz box)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Move the oven rack to the top-middle position, then preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. You can do this with a hand mixer, stand mixer, or you can do it by hand with a spoon.
  3. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the dry pudding mix, flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
  5. Add the chocolate chips and mix until combined.
  6. Use a cookie scoop to drop rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until set. Do not overbake.
