Description
These double chocolate chip cookies are incredibly soft and fudgy, thanks to the addition of pudding mix! These chocolate pudding cookies will have you coming back for seconds.

- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 4-serving pack of instant chocolate pudding (3.9oz box)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Move the oven rack to the top-middle position, then preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. You can do this with a hand mixer, stand mixer, or you can do it by hand with a spoon.
- Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add the dry pudding mix, flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix until combined.
- Use a cookie scoop to drop rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until set. Do not overbake.
