- 1/2 cup good quality olive oil (I like this one)
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky salt or 1/4 teaspoon table salt
Instructions
- Pour the olive oil into a shallow bowl or rimmed plate.
- Sprinkle in oregano, basil, thyme, red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Drizzle in the balsamic vinegar.
- Let it sit for 5–10 minutes so the herbs soften and flavor the oil.
- Serve with warm, crusty bread
