Description

This creamy blueberry banana smoothie recipe is quick & delicious. It contains 15g of protein so it’s a great breakfast or snack!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk or skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey or 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add additional sweetener to taste, if needed.

Note: For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit.
