This creamy blueberry banana smoothie recipe is quick & delicious. It contains 15g of protein so it’s a great breakfast or snack!

- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk or skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey or 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add additional sweetener to taste, if needed.
Note: For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit.
