Description

This frozen yogurt bark is topped with fresh berries and crunchy almonds for an easy snack you can keep in the freezer. It’s perfect for a high protein, kid-friendly treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 23 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds or granola

 


Instructions

  1. Spread the Greek yogurt into a thin, even layer on parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet.
  2. Top the yogurt with fresh berries.
  3. Sprinkle with nuts or granola.
  4. Freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm.
  5. Break into pieces and store in a freezer bag.
