Description

This “Avocolada” smoothie is loaded with creamy avocado, sweet pineapple, and coconut water! It’s a delicious drink for breakfast for an afternoon snack!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
