Description

This creamy white bean dip is so easy to make, but loaded with flavor! It’s the perfect spread to serve with veggies or pita chips!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can (15 ounces) Great Northern Beans or Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons za’atar seasoning (see note)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the beans, lemon juice, and salt.

  2. With the processor running, slowly pour in the olive oil until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add additional salt to taste.
