Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup (I use the Torani kind, but you could swap it for honey)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetend coconut flakes (plus more for sprinkling on top!)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 12 handfuls of ice

Instructions

  1. Toss it all in a blender, and top with a bit more coconut and caramel sauce.
