Vegan Naan Recipe

Make a batch of fluffy naan bread to serve with your favorite dinner! This  recipe doesn’t require any yogurt, so you can make delicious naan with just pantry staples!

Warm ½ cup of almond milk in the microwave. then combine the warm almond milk, sugar, and yeast and let sit for 10 min until foamy.

Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.

Divide the dough into 10 pieces. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into flat pieces.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon vegan butter or olive oil over medium heat. Place the naan in the pan, cooking one 2 pieces at a time, for 2 minutes. Flip and continue to cook until browned on the outside.
