Vegan Blueberry  Baked Oatmeal

This delicious blueberry baked oatmeal is the perfect make-ahead meal for busy mornings.

In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients and mix. Add the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.

Fold in blueberries.  Mix until combined.

Pour into a prepared 8x8 baking dish and bake at 375ºF for about 30 minutes.

Let it cool slightly then slice. Drizzle with maple syrup when serving!
