Savory Granola

This savory granola is salty and crunchy, making it a uniquely delicious snack! It’s perfect on top of salads or dips for a tasty crunch, or eat it by the handful like a trail mix!

You'll need: old fashioned oats, slivered almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, salt, chili powder,  fennel seeds, olive oil, egg white, maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread out mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until starting to brown.

Allow to cool, then store in an air-tight container at room temperature.
