This Penne Rosa recipe is a twist on the Noodles & Company dish  made with a creamy, spicy sauce and filled with plenty of vegetables.  It’s easy to make and perfect for a weeknight dinner!

First, cook pasta and set aside.

In a skillet, saute mushrooms and add olive oil.

Add garlic, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, and chopped tomatoes.

Add spinach and pasta sauce.

Next, add cream cheese, milk, and cooked pasta.

Stir to combine and add Parmesan cheese.
