Minnesota Wild Rice Soup

This  Minnesota wild rice soup is creamy and delicious with a rich broth and  hearty wild rice. This vegetarian recipe is perfect for a chilly winter  evening!

In a large pot, add butter, onion, carrot, and celery.

Add wild rice and vegetable broth.

Add evaporated milk and stir until combined. Divide into bowls and enjoy!
