Greek Yogurt  Pancakes

Whisk together  – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 2 teaspoons baking powder – ¼ teaspoon baking soda – ¼ teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon sugar

Add in  – 1 cup milk – 1 egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ¼ cup Greek yogurt

Spoon ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet,  cooking for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
