You'll need: cottage cheese, self-rising flour, and an egg.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.

Transfer blended cottage cheese to a bowl and use a large spoon to combine with flour, until the dough is mixed.

Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a log and then connect the ends.

In a small bowl, whisk egg until smooth. Brush bagels with whisked egg. Sprinkle on any toppings you’d like to add.

Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing.
