- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 1/4– 1/2 cup soy milk or almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- Sweetener to taste, if needed
Instructions
- Blend the tofu, milk, and protein powder (if using) until smooth.
- Add the frozen fruit and continue to blend until smooth. Add sweetener to taste, if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
