Description

This tasty plant-based smoothie recipe is packed with protein, thanks to silken tofu! It creates a rich and creamy texture, no dairy required!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup silken tofu
  • 1/41/2 cup soy milk or almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • Sweetener to taste, if needed

Instructions

  1. Blend the tofu, milk, and protein powder (if using) until smooth.
  2. Add the frozen fruit and continue to blend until smooth. Add sweetener to taste, if needed.
