Description

This spicy white bean dip is made with fresh jalapeño and cilantro for a flavorful recipe that is easy to make! You only need 5 ingredients for this tasty spread!


Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) can Great Northern Beans or cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro (large part of the stems removed)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 small jalapeño, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the cannellini beans, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño, and salt.
  2. With the processor running, slowly pour in the olive oil until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. Add salt to taste.
