- 3/4 cup raspberry yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 2–3 ice cubes
- Toppings: Raspberries, granola, and/or coconut
Instructions
If you have a powerful blender, you can just add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a strong blender, you may want to blend the protein powder and yogurt together first. This will ensure you don’t end up with a gritty texture. Once the protein powder is completely blended, add the remaining ingredients.
