Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Salt to taste

  1. Add the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and peanut butter to a jar.
  2. Stir until well combined, to ensure that the oats are completely submerged in the milk.
  3. Let the oats sit in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight. You can enjoy them cold or heat them in the microwave for warm oatmeal.
