Description
This oil-free maple pecan granola is only 5 ingredients, but it’s sweet, crunchy, and delicious! This is the perfect healthy breakfast or snack when you’re short on time!

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oeven to 300 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, pecan pieces, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until the oats and pecan pieces are completely coated.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once after 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and allow to cool on the countertop for 30 minutes before serving. The granola may still be a bit soft right after you remove it from the oven, but it will gradually firm up as it cools.
