Description

This ginger miso dressing is rich, tangy, and packed with umami flavor. Made with fresh ginger, miso paste, and sesame oil, this dressing is creamy, slightly sweet, and incredibly versatile.


Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated peeled ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons miso paste
  • 4 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 5 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a jar, whisk together the ginger, maple syrup, and soy sauce.
  2. Add the miso paste and whisk until it dissolves into the liquid.
  3. Pour in the rice vinegar, then slowly drizzle in the avocado and sesame oils while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.

  4. If the dressing separates later, simply shake or whisk again before using!
