- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and stir. Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the broth has been absorbed.
