This simple garlic quinoa is perfect for a quick and easy side dish! It’s simple to make and this flavorful quinoa is perfect to pair with your favorite protein.


Units Scale
  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
